This page explains how personal information is handled by Tonalog’s iOS and Android apps, provided by SUBOOK, and by this support website.
Tonalog processes photos taken or selected by the user on the device for previewing, adjusting, and saving them. Metadata such as the capture date and location of an imported photo may be included in the adjusted result.
If location saving is enabled and location access is allowed, it is used to record the capture location in a photo. Location permission can be changed in the phone settings.
Working files may be created on the device while photos are imported or adjusted. The app may keep a photo inside the app to help recover from a failed save. Photos saved in the photo library and working files inside the app are separate.
Apple processes payments made through the App Store, and Google processes payments made through Google Play. SUBOOK does not directly receive card numbers or payment passwords. The app stores purchase information and settings needed to check a plan on the device and checks purchase status through the store where the purchase was made. Each store’s privacy policy applies to its information handling.
When the user chooses a sharing function, the photo is sent to the selected app or service. The selected service’s policy applies to how it handles information.
On iPhone, Tonalog’s camera, photo, and location permissions can be changed in Settings. On Android, manage them at Settings → Apps → Tonalog → Permissions. Menu names and photo selection methods may differ by device and operating-system version. Restricting a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
When you contact us by email, we process your email address and the inquiry you send to provide a reply. Do not send unnecessary personal information or personal photos. Inquiry email is received through Naver Mail, whose policy also applies. Requests to access, correct, or delete inquiry information can be made using the contact below. Unless retention is required by law, inquiry information that is no longer needed after its purpose is achieved is deleted.
